Anforderungen
- •Professional experience in app growth, performance marketing, ASO, or paid user acquisition
- •Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into clear actions
- •Hands-on experience with app growth and ASO tools, including AppTweak, Sensor Tower, AppFigures, Mobile Action, GA4, Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch
- •Practical exposure to paid app marketing platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and Google App Campaigns
- •Experience working with KPIs, reporting, and experimentation frameworks
- •Structured and hands-on working style with a strong ownership mindset
- •Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams
- •Practical experience using AI / GenAI tools to automate repetitive work and improve productivity
- •Excellent level of English; German is a plus

- •Drive app growth initiatives across organic and paid channels
- •Identify opportunities to enhance conversion and acquisition efficiency
- •Plan, run, and analyze experiments and A/B tests
- •Manage and improve App Store Optimization (ASO)
- •Conduct keyword research and optimize metadata and store assets
- •Collaborate with designers and copywriters on app store visuals and messaging
- •Support planning and optimization of paid app campaigns
- •Monitor performance and user behavior with analytics tools
- •Collaborate with Product, Data, and MarTech teams on tracking and measurement
- •Utilize modern growth tools and automation to scale testing
- •Track competitors and market trends for new growth opportunities
