- •Good ability to consolidate information, summarize and derive actions

- •Drive commercial success of Factory Outlet locations
- •Optimize net sales, conversion rates, and units per transaction
- •Analyze store performance to identify enhancement opportunities
- •Communicate effectively to ensure excellence in execution
- •Develop knowledge of end-to-end product flow and trading guidance
- •Maintain regular contact with District and Store Managers
- •Execute Service Level Agreements for all stores
- •Collaborate with stores on seasonal and day-to-day communication
- •Provide optimal product ranges, pricing, and inventory supply
- •Conduct store level analysis to support Cluster Manager
- •Analyze store KPIs, including conversion rates and average transaction value
- •Manage bestseller stock supply and address slow sellers
- •Monitor inventory levels and replenishment settings
- •Evaluate product-related KPIs and range quality
- •Maintain Store Action Tracker and fulfill product requests
- •Issue delivery overview for store orders and ensure timely delivery
- •Collaborate on localization projects and marketing campaigns
- •Monitor store capacities and manage supply situations
- •Support Cluster Manager with range needs for new stores
- •Select, allocate, and replenish articles based on trading guidance
- •Issue key merchandising reports as assigned
