Anforderungen
- •Knowledge of fashion products and technical apparel design
- •Knowledge of graphic design and artwork creation
- •Very good technical sketching/CAD skills
- •Good communication and presentation skills
- •Quality and detail of work extremely important
- •Knowledge of product development, technical workmanship, materials, and trims
- •Product knowledge with a clear understanding of visualizing design concepts
- •Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- •Fluent in English (word and writing)
- •Degree or finalized education in Apparel Design or Graphic Design
- •Preferably a practical experience in a related work environment

Deine Aufgaben
- •Design market-ready products for the adidas brand
- •Deliver design and technical support for visualization and execution
- •Manage information flow through strong communication with Design, Project Management, and Marketing
- •Apply creative strategy and execute the creative vision for BU partnerships
- •Support the creative process to align final products with commercial and image objectives
- •Collaborate with Marketing to identify market opportunities and align with the category's long-term business plan
- •Execute technical design work following adidas' visual language and Corporate Identity guidelines
- •Provide constructive feedback to peers and support team members during peak Design phases
- •Work with Development to resolve product issues from design packages to commercialization
- •Ensure efficient communication between design, marketing, and development teams regarding product ranges
- •Submit all relevant information for the development process, including sketches and fabric indications
- •Create technical drawings, colour CADs, 3D visualizations, and final presentations for the Design Team
- •Generate colour CADs and merchandising boards based on design and marketing input
- •Archive and distribute final designs to internal and external partners
- •Serve as the contact person in Design for technical and executive support
- •Follow up on changes and product developments during the creative process
- •Collaborate to meet product demands
- •Interact with Design, Marketing, and Development to meet timelines
