- •Practical experience in footwear design, fashion design or relevant design environment
- •Thorough knowledge of art and design
- •Three years relevant work experience
- •Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree

- •Design footwear and apparel collections using color, materials, and construction
- •Gather insights from trade fairs, cultural events, and sporting events
- •Research trends through publications, magazines, and websites
- •Conduct store checks and market visits as needed
- •Analyze forecast and sell-through numbers from marketing
- •Assist in seasonal and long-term design direction for footwear and apparel
- •Develop color, material, silhouette, and graphic direction
- •Create 3D concept representations and digital product information
- •Provide trend forecasting content relevant to consumers and the brand
- •Collaborate with the Material Team to develop materials
- •Work with local and global teams on color and material direction
- •Support the Senior Team Lead in building collaborative content
- •Provide color and material content and direction to the design team
- •Engage in collaboration and critique sessions
- •Understand technical product details
- •Support holistic category overviews and merchandising strategy
- •Align communication content with footwear, apparel, and graphics teams
- •Lead product narratives and rollout plans in collaboration with design and marketing
- •Design color and material executions for inline and key account ranges
- •Prepare for seasonal design through research and presentations
- •Create Color CADs, Material Maps, and Graphic Maps
- •Assist in the development process and meet timelines
- •Travel to Asia for development trips
- •Communicate inspiration and storytelling to marketing
