Deine Aufgaben
- •Develop and test methods for connecting sensors and readout electronics
- •Contribute to hybridization processes using advanced interconnect technologies
- •Produce functional hybrid assemblies in collaboration with projects
- •Prepare and maintain testing infrastructure for laboratory measurements
- •Conduct performance testing of hybrid timing and tracking detectors
- •Perform reliability tests on mechanical and functional samples
- •Develop QA and QC procedures for yield measurement and failure classification
- •Analyze test data and document results
- •Publish findings from testing and analysis
