Anforderungen
- •Master's degree with 2 to 6 years of post-graduation professional experience or PhD with no more than 3 years of post-graduation professional experience
- •Familiarity with Detector Control Systems
- •Familiarity with SCADA/WinCC and OPC-UA
- •Demonstrated experience in testing and operation of detector readout electronics and associated software
- •Knowledge about calorimeter detectors for high energy physics experiments
- •Rigorous and organised approach to work, producing quality results
- •Teamwork and presentation skills
- •Spoken and written English, commitment to learn French
- •No previous CERN fellow or graduate contract

Deine Aufgaben
- •Develop and maintain detector control software using WinCC OA and OPC-UA
- •Deploy and operate high-voltage power modules for the calorimeter
- •Create tools for configuring and monitoring the detector's front-end electronics
- •Support integration, testing, and commissioning of new control systems for the Phase-II upgrade
- •Contribute to daily detector operations and troubleshooting
- •Monitor and implement improvements in detector operations
- •Supervise team activities and responsibilities
