Anforderungen

•Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Industrial, Mechanical, Software, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
•7+ years of experience in systems architecture, automation strategy, or conceptual design of complex manufacturing systems
•Knowledge of systems engineering principles, simulation tools, industrial automation systems, data and integration protocols, vertical integration layers, smart factory frameworks, Lean Six Sigma, and applying CI tools
•Comfortable using Microsoft 365 suite of tools
•Strategic, systems-level thinking
•Confident communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders

•Lead the conceptual system architecture of advanced manufacturing platforms
•Define system boundaries, material and data flows, and functional blocks
•Develop actionable system requirements and acceptance criteria
•Conduct simulation and modeling to explore architectural options
•Leverage data-driven methods to validate design assumptions
•Identify and mitigate early-stage risks through proof-of-concept work
•Engage stakeholders to understand use cases and future systems needs
•Collaborate with teams to ensure architecture aligns with strategic goals
•Produce architectural deliverables, including user requirements documents
•Update architectural requirements as system understanding evolves
•Contribute to frameworks for smart manufacturing and IT/OT integration
