- •Implement customer strategies aligned with sales
- •Acquire target projects and lead development and industrialization
- •Lead the APQP process with milestone quality
- •Execute regular project reviews and report on project status
- •Conduct technical presentations for customers
- •Build and develop relationships with relevant technical functions of customers
- •Ensure effective communication between the project team and the organization
- •Plan, control, and adhere to budgets for all customer projects
- •Generate and realize VA/VE ideas in line with AT targets
- •Monitor and assure profitability of projects throughout their lifecycle
- •Initiate and manage change management processes
- •Support the review of contracts and involve relevant departments
- •Address and communicate development-related customer concerns
- •Assist in problem-solving for serial production quality issues
- •Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives
