Anforderungen
- •Degree in vehicle engineering, mechatronics, control engineering, or comparable field
- •Extensive experience in system and software development for electronically controlled chassis systems
- •Methodological knowledge of project and development processes in automotive industry (A-SPICE, ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434)
- •Proven leadership experience with interdisciplinary, intercultural, and remote teams
- •Strong communication skills with fluency in German and English

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead the System and Software Development Team for Smart Leveling Systems
- •Ensure quality, cost, and timing targets are met
- •Support product development from concept to series production
- •Coordinate the creation of technical requirement specifications for mechatronic components
- •Manage control unit hardware and basic software specifications
- •Guide the team in managing suppliers for purchased components
- •Oversee external development support
- •Take responsibility for budget planning and headcount management
- •Prepare management reports
