Anforderungen
- •High School Graduate or equivalent
- •Airbus Lakota LUH-72 / EC-145 School Training preferred
- •Two years aviation maintenance experience
- •Three years rotary wing/helicopter aircraft hands-on mechanic experience
- •Two years on the assigned MDS Airbus Lakota (LUH-72)
- •Possess a valid FAA A&P license
- •Candidate must provide own tools
- •Obtain and maintain a T1/CAC NACI US Government Clearance
- •US Citizenship required to obtain T1/CAC NACI Clearance
- •Interim NACI approval required for deployment
- •Valid US Passport required
- •Ability to climb, stand, stoop, bend, stretch, crouch
- •Frequently lift parts and equipment up to 20 pounds
- •Occasionally lift objects up to 50 pounds
- •Immediately deployable to potential combat areas worldwide
- •Experience with civil or commercial aviation forms, records, tech manuals
- •Strong working knowledge of FAR’s 43 and 91
- •Good communication skills
- •Adaptability and troubleshooting skills
- •Working knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical systems principles
- •Knowledge of Quality Control, Production and Supply procedures

- •Perform maintenance and inspections on LUH-72 systems
- •Execute repair functions on Army and DoD cross-service aircraft
- •Install and adjust fuel, heat, lubrication, hydraulic, engine, and transmission systems
- •Align fuselage parts and install tail rotor assemblies
- •Rig complete flight control systems
- •Incorporate authorized modifications and changes
- •Conduct operational checks of hydraulic and fuel systems
- •Inspect and troubleshoot malfunctions
- •Disassemble components to identify issues
- •Adjust, repair, realign, or replace defective components
- •Use common hand tools and measuring devices effectively
- •Determine repair needs for faulty systems or assemblies
- •Read and interpret technical data accurately
- •Direct lower-graded mechanics in assembly and modification tasks
- •Coordinate with general mechanics and sheet metal trades
- •Prepare maintenance forms and records
- •Perform additional duties as required
