Anforderungen
- •3–5 years engineering experience with cloud-native systems
- •Deep expertise in designing and deploying agentic solutions
- •Strong experience with AI platforms
- •Strong programming experience in Python, Java, C# or equivalent
- •Experience deploying to production
- •Excellent client communication and collaboration skills
- •Creative, product-oriented mindset
- •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- •Experience as a Product Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Agentic AI Engineer
- •Experience with enterprise-grade architectures for compound AI systems
- •Mastery of the AI-native paradigm
- •Experience delivering solutions across multiple industries
- •Demonstrated creative solutioning

- •Lead design workshops and communicate technical tradeoffs
