- •Permanent work and residency permit for Germany/EU
- •More than six years of experience in backend or platform development
- •Solid experience in planning and architecting large-scale software systems
- •Experience with production-grade, distributed systems
- •Hands-on experience with LLMs, conversational AI, or agentic systems
- •Proactive ownership of topics and structured problem-solving approach
- •Understanding of enterprise requirements (security, audits, availability)
- •Experience with productive voice systems, bots, or dialog platforms
- •Experience with productive LLM frameworks and agentic patterns

- •Collaborate with product management to define work packages

- •Work closely with Product, Data Science, and customer-facing teams
- •Ensure compliance and traceability for AI-driven functionalities
- •Shape the responsible integration of agentic AI into real-world processes
