Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- •Professional certifications in cloud platforms or AI/ML (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP, MLOps)
- •9–10 years of experience in enterprise IT or digital product development
- •Proven experience in designing and operating data/AI or integration platforms
- •Track record of leading cross-functional technical initiatives involving AI/ML, automation, or advanced analytics
- •Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and their integration into enterprise applications
- •Solid knowledge of cloud-native architectures and services relevant for AI platforms
- •Ability to design and communicate end-to-end solution architectures
- •Familiarity with operating models, governance, and risk/compliance for data and AI
- •Strategic and analytical mindset for actionable AI platform designs
- •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- •Ability to provide technical leadership without formal line responsibility
- •High degree of ownership, reliability, and solution orientation
- •Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage

Deine Aufgaben
- •Design and implement the AI orchestration platform
- •Maintain the AI orchestration platform within the enterprise application landscape
- •Define technical standards and reference architectures for AI integration
- •Collaborate with Central IT infrastructure and cloud teams
- •Identify and prioritize AI use cases with business stakeholders
- •Refine AI use cases for delivery via the orchestration platform
- •Coordinate with data scientists and application owners for AI solution design
- •Establish governance and standards for AI usage
- •Manage data protection and responsible AI practices
- •Oversee incident and change management for AI services
- •Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
- •Develop and maintain the AI platform roadmap
- •Align the roadmap with enterprise application and cloud strategies
- •Manage relationships with AI and cloud vendors
- •Negotiate and monitor contracts and SLAs
- •Contribute to budget planning for AI platforms and services
- •Provide technical leadership to AI engineers and developers
- •Offer best practices and conduct code reviews
- •Enable stakeholders through guidelines and training
