Anforderungen

  • •Degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, business informatics, or comparable field
  • •Several years of experience in implementing Data and AI/ML initiatives
  • •Deep understanding of Data Engineering, AI/ML, Azure stack (Databricks, ML Studio, DevOps)
  • •Leadership skills in aligning diverse teams and building stakeholder partnerships
  • •Ability to translate data-driven decisions into measurable business success
  • •Experience with enterprise architectures and data governance frameworks
  • •Knowledge of GenAI strategies and their scaling
  • •Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in English and German

  • •Develop and implement the Data Intelligence and AI roadmap
  • •Steer initiatives to unlock business value through Data and AI
  • •Collaborate with business units, IT, and management
  • •Translate complex technical concepts into business value
  • •Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to the team
  • •Coach and mentor team members
  • •Foster a culture of learning and collaboration
  • •Identify and evaluate new use cases
  • •Prioritize and execute projects across GenAI, RAG, and Predictive Analytics
  • •Advance innovation within the organization
  • •Establish and maintain standards for data quality and protection
  • •Ensure responsible AI usage and compliance with regulations
  • •Oversee budgets, tools, and resource planning
  • •Align capabilities and capacities with strategic goals
