As an AI Architect, you will drive customer success by delivering hands-on GenAI solutions and leading enablement programs. This role involves collaborating with various teams and staying ahead of industry trends to enhance ServiceNow’s offerings.

Anforderungen

• •3+ years of ServiceNow Platform experience
• •ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and other ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications
• •At least 5 years of experience in a technology advisory role, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science
• •Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction through innovative technology solutions
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• •Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
• •Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• •Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, sales, and marketing professionals
