Anforderungen
- •Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Anti Financial Crime, Compliance, or a related regulatory field
- •Proven experience in preparing Annual Risk Analysis and developing, implementing, or managing Customer/Client Risk Rating methodologies
- •Demonstrated experience working closely with operational teams, particularly the First Line of Defence and KYC/Onboarding teams
- •Strong analytical capabilities with experience in complex data analysis and risk assessment
- •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Economics, or a related quantitative field; relevant professional certification (e.g., ACAMS) highly desirable

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead the design and documentation of the Customer Risk Rating (CRR) methodology
- •Refine the CRR methodology to align with regulatory standards
- •Oversee the implementation of the CRR methodology across systems
- •Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the CRR model
- •Propose enhancements based on emerging risks and regulatory changes
- •Collaborate with First Line of Defense (FLoD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) teams
- •Manage the preparation and execution of the Annual Risk Analysis (ARA)
- •Document findings related to financial crime risks
- •Gather and analyze data from KYC and Transaction Monitoring sources
- •Identify key risk trends and vulnerabilities
- •Present findings and recommendations from the ARA to Senior Management
- •Act as the subject matter expert on CRR and ARA for internal stakeholders
- •Work closely with FLoD teams to ensure accurate application of CRR
- •Maintain relationships with KYC operations and policy teams
- •Ensure compliance of methodologies with regulatory requirements
