Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
- •Minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- •Experience in digitizing industrial processes, computational modeling, process simulation, soft-sensor development, and data analytics
- •Proficiency in AI, machine learning, and statistical methods
- •Strong expertise in scientific modeling and flow-sheeting software
- •Familiarity with Discoverant, SIMCA Online/Offline, OSI PI, Databricks, and AWS
- •Strong programming skills in Python
- •Familiarity with Agile project management
- •Clear communication skills
- •Curiosity and openness to new digital tools
- •Fluency in English

- •Develop advanced process models and digital twins
- •Deploy and maintain process models for manufacturing optimization

- •Own the full lifecycle of digital process models
- •Prepare data for dry-lab simulations
