•Excellent tertiary qualification (ideally Master’s) in Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
•Strong mathematical and analytical skills with great attention to detail
•Finance and Insurance knowledge
•Basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential applications in business
