- •Solid understanding of core accounting and finance concepts
- •Experience supporting business decision-making through reporting and analysis
- •Ability to understand operational activities flow to financial statements
- •Experience working within a control framework and supporting audits
- •CPA certification a strong plus
- •7 years of progressive accounting experience
- •Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems
- •Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with large data sets
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- •Clear, concise communication skills
- •Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop team members

- •Manage and mentor an accounting team of four direct reports
- •Own the month-end close process for accurate financial reporting
- •Lead daily accounting operations for the parent company and subsidiaries
- •Prepare monthly financial statements and ad hoc analyses
- •Review and approve all transactions entered in the financial system
- •Collaborate with external accountants for year-end reconciliations
- •Supervise year-end closing processes and manage audits
- •Coordinate with external teams on accounting-impacting projects
