Anforderungen
- •2-3 years in German accounting (HGB) plus 1-2 years in financial operations, ideally in a tech/SaaS environment or Accounting/tax advisory firm
- •3+ years of professional experience in German accounting (HGB)
- •Comfort with new software and mindset embracing technology, ideally having experimented with AI tools
- •Solid experience with DATEV, familiarity with SaaS billing tools or spend management software
- •Detail-oriented approach prioritizing efficiency
- •Fluent German (C2) and strong English (C1)

Deine Aufgaben
- •Execute end-to-end bookkeeping and month-end closing for German entities
- •Validate automated data feeds and focus on complex accruals and quality control
- •Prepare German VAT returns and statutory filings
- •Act as the primary contact for external tax advisors
- •Use AI tools to draft correspondence and summarize regulatory updates
- •Oversee global billing and manage reconciliation logic between billing engine and bank feeds
- •Investigate exceptions flagged by the system instead of manually matching transactions
- •Incorporate AI-assisted tools for research, data formatting, and communication drafting
- •Identify manual bottlenecks in finance processes and propose automated solutions
- •Support financial setup for entities in Austria, Italy, and Spain
