Anforderungen
- •Excellent knowledge of HGB and German tax regulations
- •3+ years in accounting, preferably including 1+ years in a high-growth tech or SaaS company
- •Detail-oriented, structured, and reliable
- •Confident communication skills in English and German
- •Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or certified training
- •Experience with VAT, transfer pricing, international accounting topics or modern AP/AR automation tools

- •Act as a key contact during internal and external audits
- •Drive improvements and automation in existing workflows
- •Collaborate with Finance and DataOps on process enhancements
- •Support project-based financial initiatives
- •Work with the Director of Financial Controlling on operational improvements
