- •Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Automation/Mechanical/Electrical), Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Food Science, or related disciplines

- •Willingness to relocate for assignment diversity
- •Participation in program with rotations in Germany and abroad

Deine Aufgaben
- •Assume full responsibility as a functional operations professional
- •Rotate through three diverse assignments over three years
- •Develop a well-rounded skill set through established learning tracks
- •Relocate to various sites for assignment diversity
- •Work within multiple business units during the program
- •Explore crossover assignments in other Operation Programs
- •Partner with a mentor for career development
- •Create a personalized growth plan for career goals
- •Receive customized training to support individual development
- •Report to a department manager for day-to-day responsibilities
- •Complete three assignments, each lasting 12 months
- •Engage with different Assignment Managers for each assignment
