  • Proven track record exceeding sales targets and growing client portfolios

  • Willingness to travel extensively across region
  • Willingness to travel extensively (40%+)
  • Relationship building skills in complex stakeholder environments
  • Customer-centricity with deep understanding of client needs in drug discovery-development continuum

Tasks

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies.
  • Assess and refine sales territories and accounts.
  • Build and maintain executive client relationships.
  • Act as a trusted client advisor.
  • Understand unique client needs.
  • Achieve regional sales targets.
  • Support team in identifying new opportunities.
  • Support team in closing new opportunities.
  • Safeguard profit margins for profitability.
  • Monitor team Key Performance Indicators.
  • Report team performance to executive leadership.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and commercial teams.
  • Align growth strategies across the organization.
  • Ensure seamless organizational execution.
  • Represent Evotec at industry events.
  • Represent Evotec at trade shows.
  • Attend key client meetings.
  • Serve as a regional company ambassador.
  • Hire, mentor, and train sales teams.
  • Motivate sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Ensure proper staffing and resource utilization.
  • Support sales team in client meetings.
  • Support sales team at events and negotiations.
