Tasks

  • Support customers with technical inquiries.
  • Analyze technical issues to identify causes.
  • Develop solutions based on problem analysis.
  • Coordinate escalation of complex issues.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Document customer interactions in ticketing system.
  • Provide excellent service to all customers.
  • Build relationships with key client intermediaries.
  • Resolve technical and workflow issues promptly.
  • Assist clients with hardware infrastructure issues.
  • Identify software bugs and collaborate on fixes.
  • Manage escalation process for unresolved incidents.
  • Investigate and manage trading-related problems.
  • Perform regression testing on products and features.
  • Assist clients with 'go live' and technical issues.
  • Share up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
