- •Support customers and partners in problem-solving to achieve high satisfaction
- •Continuously improve support quality and infrastructure
- •Act as a knowledgeable partner in support cases
- •Handle 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support cases
- •Simulate customer problems in the TestLab and implement testing programs for L3 support
- •Manage root cause analysis for RMA cases
- •Maintain and enhance the support infrastructure, including the knowledge base and support portal
- •Collaborate with global support colleagues and other internal and external teams
