Requirements
- •Commercial training in wholesale, logistics, or higher education
- •At least five years of experience in customer service or sales in aviation, logistics, or wholesale
- •Good written and spoken English skills (Level B2 or higher)
- •Experience in supervising employees
- •Extensive experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- •Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- •Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- •Previous experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
- •Education/experience through advanced education and typically 5 or more years of related work experience
- •Current legal authorization to work in Germany

- •Lead analysis and reviews of customer maintenance operations
- •Provision spare parts requirements
- •Evaluate competitors' products and services
- •Manage internal customer service for after-sales activities
- •Lead escalations with internal and external stakeholders
- •Oversee order processing and administration
- •Monitor deadlines in coordination with materials management
- •Ensure on-time deliveries with the shipping department
- •Facilitate development of part package proposals
- •Support transactional sales with the sales department
- •Advise customers on order status and changes
- •Follow up on order improvements
- •Create extended reports for upper leadership
- •Identify and implement best practices with management
- •Support and lead a team in resolving difficulties
