Description

In this role, you will navigate complex supply chain operations while prioritizing customer needs and safety. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leading a team, analyzing data for insights, and exploring innovative solutions to enhance product support.

Requirements

• •6+ years of experience in Sales and/or Program Management in aerospace or complex industry
• •2+ years of managing a team of direct reports
• •Previous responsibility for managing customer programs with annual revenues over €100 million
• •Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
• •Fluency in German and English (Level C1 or higher)
• •Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
• •Proficiency in ERP and CRM tools, particularly SAP and Salesforce
• •Experience in managing sales team and delivering revenue targets
• •Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• •Ability to tailor messages to customers across multiple levels
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• •Highly motivated, self-directed individual with strong leadership skills
