Description

In this role, you will be at the heart of procurement, managing supply and demand while negotiating contracts and resolving supplier issues. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve strategic sourcing, continuous analysis, and collaboration to enhance supplier performance.

Requirements

• •Completed commercial apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk, industrial clerk, or similar
• •Two or more years of experience in purchasing or logistics environment
• •Excellent written and spoken English skills
• •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field
• •Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• •Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships
• •Familiarity with common ERP systems, especially SAP
• •Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management
• •Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• •Experience with contract management and compliance
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Current legal authorization to work immediately in Germany

Tasks

• •Manage supply and demand oversight
• •Oversee schedules and supplier quality
• •Monitor delivery and financial performance

• •Lead teams to develop strategic supplier solutions

• •Identify improvement opportunities for supplier contracts
• •Purchase consumables for MRO and OEM usage
• •Integrate strategies into sourcing and contracting
• •Conduct RFQs and bid comparisons for consumables
• •Perform continuous demand and supply analysis
• •Prepare and execute proprietary information agreements
• •Support sourcing strategies and document contracts
• •Communicate performance expectations to suppliers
• •Collaborate with suppliers to resolve payment issues
• •Initiate supplier improvement activities
