- •Proven professional experience as a team assistant, executive assistant, or in a comparable role
- •Completed commercial training or equivalent
- •Fluent German at a business-professional level
- •Strong English skills (spoken & written)
- •Strong organizational talent with attention to detail and reliability
- •Ability to juggle multiple priorities with flexibility and initiative
- •Hands-on mentality and proactive, team-oriented approach
- •Calmness in chaotic environments and ability to organize moving parts
- •Reliable judgment and ability to facilitate others' work
- •Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment
- •Familiarity with basic HR or finance admin processes
- •Interest in shaping internal processes and contributing ideas for improvement

- •Assist with reporting for the management team
- •Manage and coordinate calendars and appointments

- •Process travel expenses
- •Ensure logistics for workshops and meetings
- •Assist with onboarding new colleagues
- •Prepare welcome materials for new hires
- •Help organize team events and activities
- •Coordinate employee recognition activities
- •Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes
- •Support logistics for internal and external meetings
- •Coordinate follow-ups and track action items
- •Assist with ordering supplies and vendor coordination
- •Provide backup support to the Office Manager
