Requirements
- Hands-on recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities
- Comfortable operating in complex, international environments
- University degree or equivalent training/experience
- Relevant field of study (HR, Org & Psych, Business Admin)
- At least 5 years professional recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience
- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment ownership
- Managing multiple job requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- Collaborate and build trust across multiple functions/stakeholders
- Advisory capabilities in multi-cultural global team
- Experience working in a multi-cultural global team
- Strong experience in active sourcing / direct search
- Previous experience in leading headhunting/executive search firm
- Structured, detail-oriented, solution-oriented approach
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Proactive drive to deliver results
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Tasks
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles
- Lead interviews and guide hiring teams
- Drive offer management and negotiations
- Identify and engage top talent through sourcing
- Build and maintain talent pipelines
- Apply market-driven approach to attract candidates
- Advise hiring managers on strategies and insights
- Ensure high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Standardize and optimize recruitment processes
- Track and analyze key TA KPIs
- Develop FSC’s employer branding and TA strategy
- Support ATS system implementation and optimization
- Work in a global, intercultural organization
- Contribute to DEIB initiatives
- Support People & Culture transformation efforts
