Tasks
- Establish and maintain engagement process
- Drive growth in SW and Pro.Services selling
- Qualify and ensure deal progression
- Initiate and lead growth initiatives for WXP
- Ensure Pro.Services value services are sold
- Collaborate with sales organizations
- Influence sales compensation metrics
- Form a virtual team across North European geographies
- Serve as North West SPOC for SW and Pro. Services
- Manage SW and Pro.Services forecasting and gap planning
- Orchestrate relationships with WW GSS SW and WW SW Category/GBU
- Lead the North West SW Seller community virtually
- Optimize engagement process
- Develop GTM strategy for non-T1 customers
- Lead SW transactional sales and Pro.Services
- Participate in VAS/SAR sessions
- Generate and qualify sales funnel
- Increase win rates
- Optimize processes
- Achieve reliable quota
- Mentor in deal cycles
- Establish best practices
- Maximize SW and Pro.Serv sales with Country GTM
- Manage virtual team and drive employee engagement
- Assign and prioritize resources
- Collaborate closely with WW CoE functions and peer leaders
- Foster strong cross-collaboration with HP internal departments
- Encourage automation ideas
