Tasks
- Drive adoption and revenue growth with existing customers
- Identify high-value customer opportunities within territory
- Partner with account managers for key accounts
- Engage with Planet customers to understand their needs
- Align Planet products to customer needs
- Become a trusted advisor through consultative skills
- Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Build trusted relationships with customers
- Evaluate how Planet portfolio can accelerate customer business
- Expand and exceed sales goals within designated territory
- Present compelling proposals to customers
- Define pricing models for cross-sell deals
- Negotiate and sign cross-sell deals
- Own full sales cycle from contract to revenue realization
- Ensure signed opportunities go live and ramp according to plan
- Track and analyze opportunity activity
- Create reports on cross-sell and migration processes
- Collaborate with internal teams for clear process flows
- Work with technology, product, operations, and executive leadership
- Boost customer satisfaction through cross-department collaboration
