- Strong execution discipline (planning, prioritization, delivery)
- Experience with matrix setup and parallel initiatives

Tasks
- Drive pre-RFI customer engagement.
- Build trusted OEM partnerships.
- Shape OEM needs, requirements, and architecture.
- Expand engagement to planning, pre-development, tech-scouting.
- Engage with marketing and business leadership.
- Identify, qualify, and shape new opportunities.
- Translate VOC, market, and competitive insights.
- Identify clear business opportunities.
- Develop customer-ready value propositions.
- Inform product positioning and roadmap discussions.
- Collaborate with SBU and Div Tech.
- Validate new product offerings with customers.
- Assess problem fit, value, differentiators, and adoption barriers.
- Capture actionable customer feedback.
- Support early opportunity enablement.
- Utilize demo cars, showcases, and proof points.
- Mature concepts and validate feasibility.
- Co-create customer-facing narratives.
- Develop storytelling, value propositions, and content.
- Support early engagement and downstream pursuits.
- Contribute to innovative go-to-market models.
- Collaborate with OEM business teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Develop partnership and commercialization concepts.
- Apply standard early engagement methods and tools.
- Promote standard early engagement methods and tools.
- Utilize common templates, pipeline tracking, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate pipeline documentation.
- Maintain accurate engagement documentation.
- Keep engagement data current and consistent.
- Utilize defined tools and repositories.
- Ensure transparency for CAM planning.
- Ensure transparency for pursuit planning.
- Lead sub-function project work.
