- Sales experience in technology or hospitality business
- Proven track record closing >$1m new business
- In-depth understanding of hospitality/hotel industry
- In-depth understanding of travel technology landscape
- High resilience
- Positive attitude to winning deals
- Tenacious attitude to winning deals
- Consultative sales approach
- Ability to solution sell
- Present as subject matter expert across travel, hospitality, technology
- Navigate complex buying structures
- Access and influence multiple buying identities
- Strong communication skills
- Build rapport and trusted relationships with customers
- Coordination ability
- Bring together multiple stakeholders internally and externally
- Fluency in German
- Fluency in English
- Other European languages are a plus
Tasks
- Generate new revenue by acquiring multi-property groups
- Manage growth within existing high-potential groups
- Identify and nurture high-value opportunities in EMEA
- Drive consultative sales and customer solutioning
- Demonstrate deep understanding of revenue management and hotel tech
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiate contracts
- Optimize existing portfolios for growth
- Collaborate with teams to develop winning strategies
- Ensure SiteMinder is the preferred partner for multi-property groups
