- Act as a trusted advisor to hotel owners
- Build awareness of product benefits for properties
- Learn about accommodation provider challenges
- Offer solutions that add value to daily operations
- Offer solutions that improve bottom line
- Create new client acquisition opportunities
- Upsell current customers
- Manage the full sales cycle
- Conduct outreach to potential clients
- Deliver product demos
- Close sales
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs
- Meet sales targets
- Finalize all sales in a timely manner
- Prepare accurate quotes
- Develop and present proposals professionally
- Present proposals confidently
- Negotiate contracts
- Balance client service and value
- Maintain SiteMinder's profit margins
- Maintain accurate CRM records of business development activities
- Provide client feedback to the Product Team
- Collaborate with local industry groups
- Promote SiteMinder's products and brand with travel associations
- Attend key industry functions and events
- Travel occasionally to client locations for meetings
