  • SaaS, hospitality technology, hotel operations, revenue management, or related commercial services experience
  • Solid understanding of hospitality value chain
  • Consultative and outcome-focused sales skills
  • Ability to diagnose business needs, tailor solutions, and influence decision-making
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong listening skills
  • Adept at building rapport and driving processes without supervision
  • High self-motivation
  • Curiosity to learn continuously
  • Openness to feedback and coaching
  • Strong proficiency with CRM and sales tools
  • Fluent German (min. C2)
  • Professional English proficiency

  • Occasional travel to client locations

Tasks

  • Lead full-cycle sales and business development
  • Identify, engage, and convert new prospects
  • Define and execute strategic qualification routines
  • Build segmented pipelines from your territory
  • Prioritize high-value opportunities
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs
  • Conduct insightful discovery and product presentations
  • Consult on clients' business and commercial goals
  • Present proposals to clients professionally
  • Negotiate contracts to balance client value and profit
  • Maintain disciplined CRM practices
  • Ensure accurate pipeline, forecasts, and reporting
  • Generate actionable customer insights
  • Partner with Onboarding, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
  • Refine market messaging and feedback loops
  • Improve go-to-market strategies
  • Represent SiteMinder at industry groups and travel associations
  • Promote SiteMinder's products and brand
  • Attend key functions and events
  • Support webinars and tactical initiatives
  • Travel occasionally to client locations for meetings
