Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years software sales experience
  • Native English speaker and UK resident
  • Success in scaling strategic accounts
  • Experience in Automotive, Food, or Pharma
  • Experience in OT or cybersecurity environments
  • Knowledge of OT, cybersecurity, or GRC
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related
  • Familiarity with leading security frameworks
  • Experience in start-up or scale-up
  • Existing network within UK/Ireland manufacturing

Tasks

  • Develop long-term strategic account plans
  • Build trust-based relationships with C-level and technical stakeholders
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell growth opportunities
  • Acquire new customers in manufacturing and infrastructure
  • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting and manage leads
  • Manage pipeline creation, forecasting, and deal execution
  • Deliver remote and on-site solution demonstrations
  • Articulate value propositions for OT and cybersecurity
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and position solutions
  • Partner with marketing, presales, and product teams
  • Ensure an excellent end-to-end customer experience
  • Contribute customer insights to the product roadmap
