- Maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Collaborate with the sales team on efforts.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
- Create and manage channel partner budgets.
- Implement channel partner programs and incentives.
- Measure and report on partner performance.
- Identify and resolve conflicts within the channel.
- Provide guidance on product offerings.
- Attend industry events to promote the company.
