Requirements
- •Minimum 5+ years software sales experience
- •Fluent or native English speaker
- •Success in scaling strategic accounts
- •Experience in Automotive, Food & Beverage, or Pharmaceutical
- •Experience in OT security or cybersecurity
- •Knowledge of OT environments or GRC
- •Proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot
- •Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- •Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- •Familiarity with NIS2, NIST, or IEC 62443
- •Experience in start-up or scale-up environments

- •Develop long-term strategic account plans
- •Build trust-based relationships with C-level stakeholders
- •Identify cross-sell and upsell growth opportunities
- •Acquire new customers in manufacturing and infrastructure
- •Conduct targeted outbound prospecting and lead management
- •Manage pipeline creation, forecasting, and deal execution
- •Deliver remote and on-site solution demonstrations
- •Articulate value propositions for OT and cybersecurity
- •Monitor the competitive landscape and position solutions
- •Partner with Marketing, Presales, and Product Management
- •Ensure an excellent end-to-end customer experience
- •Contribute customer insights to the product roadmap
