- 10+ years total relevant work experience
- 5+ years in Management/Business Process Consulting
- Complementary experience in SaaS Sales, In-house Consulting, or similar
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Engage effectively at C-level
- Strong business acumen
- Deep understanding of key processes and KPIs
- Understanding of enterprise value chain in Automotive/Manufacturing
- Understanding of Finance and Supply Chain domains
- Solid understanding of Automotive industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
- Adaptability to fast-moving, high-growth environment

- Address customer and industry-specific use cases
- Achieve individual revenue targets for large deals
- Collaborate closely with consulting firms and SaaS vendors
- Drive complex sales cycles
- Orchestrate virtual sales teams
- Generate new business opportunities with existing customers
