Client Engagement Partner - Manufacturing / Automotive(m/w/x)
Driving process intelligence adoption for manufacturing/automotive clients with AI integration. 10+ years customer success or strategy consulting experience required. Company equity and generous PTO.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience in Manufacturing/Automotive
- Strong experience driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering, and implementations
- Experience with AI-based transformation (strong plus)
- Deep exposure to successful change management practices
- Ability to navigate large global organizations with persuasion skills
- Ability to work with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities
- Natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives
- Strong team player with patient, entrepreneurial leadership style
- Project management: ability to organize and manage multiple streams
- Strong communication skills to translate Celonis use cases into customer business landscape
- Self-motivated, proactive team player
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, ambiguous environments with stakeholders
Tasks
- Lead client engagements as the accountable program lead
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Embed Celonis into customer strategic objectives
- Ensure engagements are properly staffed with global teams
- Mentor customers on organization design
- Mentor customers on Center of Excellence maturation
- Coach team members and provide guidance
- Provide feedback on team performance to managers
- Manage the end-to-end customer value journey
- Influence key customer stakeholders
- Establish Celonis program roadmap with senior stakeholders
- Establish detailed value plans with senior stakeholders
- Resolve customer escalations by orchestrating internal teams
- Internalize customer strategy and targets
- Drive Celonis delivery alignment to customer strategy
- Support customers in solving business-critical problems
- Drive value realization within accounts
- Drive adoption within accounts
- Ensure high-quality project completion
- Ensure on-time project completion
- Meet usage and adoption targets
- Organize and lead customer advisory boards
- Address industry-specific challenges and innovations
- Gather insights to improve products and services
- Act as the voice of the customer internally
- Align product development with industry needs
- Align service offerings with industry needs
- Collaborate on customer advocacy strategies
- Drive customer presence at key events
- Drive customer sponsorship at key events
- Serve as a Celonis leader at conferences
- Serve as a Celonis leader at webinars
- Publish thought leadership
- Collaborate on innovation in specific domains
- Collaborate on new asset development in specific domains
- Contribute to playbooks for the value engineering team
