Requirements
- Minimum 10 years relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience in Manufacturing/Automotive
- Strong experience driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering, and implementations
- Experience with AI-based transformation (strong plus)
- Deep exposure and experience with successful change management practices
- Ability to navigate large global organizations with persuasive power
- Knows how to work with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities
- Natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives
- Strong team player inspiring with patient, entrepreneurial leadership
- Project management: ability to organize and manage multiple streams
- Strong communication skills to translate Celonis use cases into customer business landscape
- Self-motivated, proactive team player
- Able to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, ambiguous environments with stakeholders
Tasks
- Lead customer success as the accountable lead
- Act as a trusted advisor to strategic customers
- Engage C-level executives to define long-term vision
- Mobilize necessary Celonis resources
- Drive measurable business impact across processes
- Accelerate platform adoption
- Champion transformational initiatives
- Foster innovation and strategic change
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Embed Celonis into strategic objectives
- Ensure engagements are properly staffed
- Mentor customers on organization design
- Mentor and coach team members
- Provide feedback on team performance
- Manage the end-to-end customer value journey
- Influence key customer stakeholders
- Establish Celonis program roadmap and value plans
- Resolve customer escalations
- Orchestrate internal teams efficiently
- Internalize customer strategy and targets
- Drive Celonis delivery alignment
- Support customers in solving business-critical problems
- Drive value realization and adoption
- Ensure high-quality project completion
- Meet usage and adoption targets
- Organize and lead customer advisory boards
- Gather insights to improve products and services
- Act as the voice of the customer internally
- Collaborate on advocacy strategies
- Drive customer presence at key events
- Serve as a Celonis leader at conferences
- Contribute to playbooks and resources
