Tasks

  • Recruit and develop new partner relationships
  • Engage customers through face-to-face relationship building
  • Manage existing IT channel partner accounts
  • Drive business share across all product categories
  • Optimize service quality through internal liaison
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Analyze competitive environments to develop leadership plans
  • Create proposals and strategic business plans
  • Negotiate agreements and maintain customer relationships
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize sales outcomes
  • Report on market trends and competitive intelligence
  • Deliver accurate weekly forecasts and performance reports
  • Maintain up-to-date partner data in CRM systems
  • Monitor and report on management information
