Tasks
- Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Drive expansion sales within early-stage accounts
- Lead primary and secondary account teams
- Partner with Sales Engineering and Customer Success
- Develop growth and renewal strategies
- Execute complex solution-based sales processes
- Create strategic plans for enterprise accounts
- Expand revenue through cross-selling and upselling
- Land new departments within existing enterprises
- Build long-term customer relationships at all levels
- Manage needs analysis and solution design
- Negotiate contracts and close sales cycles
- Forecast sales opportunities and track KPIs
- Utilize Smartsheet and other sales tools
- Promote a collaborative team environment
