- Lead standardization and improvement of global FP&A processes
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and reporting
- Develop and align short- and long-term financial plans
- Prepare clear financial presentations for Board of Directors and executive committees
- Establish transparency and performance tracking frameworks
- Promote financial acumen and best practices across functions
- Lead, coach, and develop diverse global finance teams
- Foster a high-performance and inclusive culture
