- Gastroenterology Fellowship Trained and Board Certified
- Additional advanced degrees (PhD, MS, MBA, MPH) desired
- Active Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program
- Active medical license
- Deep knowledge of Gastroenterology
- Deep knowledge of global medical affairs
- Deep knowledge of clinical evidence development
- Deep knowledge of healthcare systems
- Proven success in product support
- Proven success in strategic insights for commercialization
- Experience executing medical/scientific plans
- Experience addressing stakeholder needs
- Experience addressing clinical practice on global scale
- Ability to understand evolving market access issues
- Ability to understand evolving healthcare issues
- Experience working in matrixed organizations

Tasks
- Provide medical insights for Gastroenterology strategy
- Align business objectives with internal and external engagements
- Serve as a subject matter expert in applied Gastroenterology
- Support clinical investigations by collaborating on study designs
- Contribute therapeutic expertise to clinical evaluations
- Enhance patient care coordination across conditions and settings
- Support health economics research for market access
- Offer insights on patient care pathways and scientific communication
- Advocate for Gastroenterology business needs in MSA strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Medical Safety and Infection Control
- Contribute to promotional material reviews with clinical insights
- Provide medical and scientific input to Business Development and R&D
- Guide digital product design with medical expertise
