Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Business, Engineering, or Marketing
  • MBA or advanced business qualification, or equivalent executive-level business experience
  • Significant, progressive leadership experience
  • Demonstrated leadership of high-performing teams and complex international operations
  • Proven global role experience with technologically complex capital products in medical device or healthcare industry
  • Strategic capabilities with strengths in critical thinking and innovative problem solving
  • Advanced business acumen with mastery of business analytics, business case development, and P&L forecasting
  • Strong people leadership skills with track record of leading cross-functional, cross-cultural multi-site teams and improving employee engagement and enablement
  • Exceptional organization skills and ability to manage competing departmental priorities
  • Excellent communication skills including ability to persuasively present to all organization levels

Tasks

  • Lead and grow a high-performing European-based Business Unit team
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability
  • Attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent
  • Coach leaders to deliver exceptional performance
  • Own the full P&L
  • Drive delivery of long-range financial goals
  • Achieve annual revenue and profitability targets
  • Define and execute the long-term strategic vision for the Urology business
  • Develop BPH and NMIBC growth strategies
  • Partner with global leaders in R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial functions
  • Ensure seamless execution of key initiatives
  • Align cross-functional priorities to accelerate innovation
  • Accelerate product delivery and market impact
  • Serve as a key representative of the Therapeutic Solutions Division
  • Act as a proxy leader for the Global Marketing organization
  • Ensure alignment of messaging, portfolio positioning, and growth initiatives
  • Lead Strategic Business Planning (SBP) and lifecycle management
  • Ensure optimal investment and resource allocation
  • Drive development and execution of product family business plans
  • Support long-term market leadership
  • Collaborate with global business development teams
  • Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic growth opportunities
