- Manage the lifecycle of third-party and proprietary events
- Adapt global marketing strategies for the DACH zone
- Negotiate and oversee the marketing budget with Finance
- Lead, develop, and coach the marketing team
- Manage daily operations for marketing and communication staff
- Drive proactive PR and communication efforts
