- Degree in Business, Sciences, Engineering or related
- 5+ years international customer intelligence experience
- Knowledge of research methods and VoC platforms
- Track record leading cross-functional projects
- Experience applying the ODI framework
- Strong active listening and communication skills
- Proactive engagement and joint problem solving
- Excellent English and German communication skills
- Excellence in data presentation and visualization
- Relationship building and multi-tasking skills
Tasks
- Design and implement Voice of Customer programs
- Conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups
- Perform detailed customer journey mapping
- Collaborate with external providers and internal stakeholders
- Apply the Outcome-Driven Innovation framework
- Identify and prioritize customer needs
- Extract and analyze customer data
- Generate insights and actionable recommendations
- Lead workshops with executives and experts
- Review industry trends and strategic initiatives
- Develop and manage research tools
- Engage key customers and opinion leaders
- Support global customer surveys
- Assess market strengths and weaknesses
- Create detailed competitive benchmarks
- Identify unmet needs for product development
- Manage primary research projects with agencies
- Communicate recommendations to senior management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
- Manage documentation, consents, and compensation
- Create dashboards using Power BI and Excel
- Maintain methodologies and best practice summaries
- Disseminate customer intelligence across the organization
- Establish feedback loops to measure innovation
- Optimize Voice of Customer processes
- Contribute to cross-functional CMI projects
- Handle ad-hoc requests for corporate leadership
