Tasks
- Sign off on financials for the International Region's Monitoring business units
- Manage the International Region team and oversee strategic and operational planning
- Drive decisions on sales channels, ROI, and investments in market share
- Assess turnkey projects and support financing solutions
- Collaborate closely with executive management and Regional Business Leaders
- Work with Region and BU Finance Business Partners
- Ensure delivery of business and financial plans through performance cockpit
- Analyze business performance, including sales, pricing, margin, and costs
- Identify, address, and track business issues
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations with Legal and HR
- Conduct financial risk assessments and sensitivity analyses
- Perform cost/benefit analyses and net present value calculations
- Understand project accounting and tax implications of financing solutions
- Contribute to regional and country Finance teams to enhance performance
- Set and achieve financial and strategic targets to drive business value
- Own and manage the strategic and operational planning process
